Pros

My job was easy. Hours were great. Some people were great to work with.

Cons

The front receptionist had to handle a lot of duties that the responsible departments didn't want to handle. They posted my job before telling me they wanted to let me go. Luckily, I stayed longer but I never trusted management again.

Pros

My best reason to work at Holcomb Behavioral Health was Helene Long, God rest her soul. She was the best. By reading the reviews it looks like Holcomb would be a great place to work if she was still there. Everything was organized and the client base was flourishing. I left because my needs were of no concern and I kept the place running.

Cons

Really can't say much because it's been some years since I've worked there but they could pay people better which would give them better results.
