Pros

I'm basically just cleaning the office and moving materials around everything dormitory

Cons

Don't have any promotions to move on for the next thing like waxing the floor and other types of work

Pros

The ownership and management are good people. Employees are treated fairly, and are paid better than most restaurant employees. Promotions are available to people that work hard and have a good attitude. They work hard to stay up to date with techniques and procedures.

Cons

Many of the kitchen employees have a terrible work ethic. On a daily basis you can expect to hear several employees complaining if they don't get to go home early. Some long-term employees receive special treatment and use their status to make things difficult for people they do not like.
