Pros

The clients were lovely people. It felt good to help them.

Cons

Meager pay, discriminatory, unethical, sweep resolving client's true issues under the carpet so they can make money from insurance.

Pros

Reasonable pay for a new graduate; flexible hours

Cons

Pay is less than average in field; management communicates poorly with field staff: non-communication from coordinators about client authorizations resulted multiple times in pay being withheld for reason of coordinator error; very high turnover rate; when I inquired about training in order to be in compliance with regulations I was told "not to worry" about it

Not the best place to work unless you are a mental health client yourself

Pros

8 hour shifts. and close to home

Cons

Run by a family that looks out for themselves first. They hire mostly people with Mental Health diagnosis and therefore the clients that come in for help do not get the help they need. The staff is too wrapped up in their own problems. They do not appreciate staff that is mentally healthy and gives to the program. Management that has longevity with the company is because they are liars and tow the company line.
