The job can be physically demanding, especially during peak hours, and the occasional difficult customer can be challenging to handle.

I really enjoyed working the opening shifts, it was get in early and half of the shift we were prepping so not much customer communication. It was a blast just going in and doing what you're trained to do.

Cons

Customers can be very rude and demanding. They order while on their phone.

Chipotle works around your schedule. This particular store has wonderful co-workers, each of whom, help each other. Free food on your shift. Ability to grow with the company.

Cons

Sometimes the schedule for the next week is sent later than it should be, but you can check with Manager to find out schedule before it is sent.
