Pros

You have an opportunity to travel and be a part of fun events. Interacting with all levels of employees. Great perks, such as a Macbook, food stipend, free swag, monthly employee perks, etc. Flexible schedule, paid holidays and good benefits.

Cons

They say feedback is so important, but it seemed more like gossip. Lots of talking behind backs. My manager didn't share feedback with me in a timely manner. If you didn't eat healthy, organic, shop at Farmer's Markets, go to a fancy gym 6 times a week or shop at Lululemon, you were frowned upon. Kind of like a mean girls cult. I had a lot of mixed signals on how I should be spending my time since it is unsupervised, out in the field work. Expected to work on weekends and plan several special events. There is an advantage and disadvantage to the flexible schedule.

Pros

The culture here is amazing. I've worked for many well-respected Fortune 500 companies, and I am still so impressed by Chipotle every day. People here really truly care about making those around them better. We work hard, but also play hard and it feels like family. For the most part, everyone really walks the talk. In addition, the Food With Integrity mission is literally changing the world. I am shocked that I still haven't gotten sick of the food, and still continue to learn new things every day.

Cons

Because everyone gets along so well and it doesn't feel like work, sometimes work can really bleed into personal life, so this is not for everyone. In addition, there are always a few people that do not fit the culture, but at the regional leadership level, it can be slow to remove those people from the team, which does not fit with what we preach at the restaurant level.

Pros

Paid Breaks, Easy Advancement, Great Benefits, Team Atmosphere, Proud to say you work there, really good food that you eat for free.

Cons

If you are just looking for a job, this is not the place for you. You have to want to better your life and learn how to put others before yourself. If you don't know how to do that, or don't want to do that, stay away cause you will fail.
