- line position is good for people entering the work force - decent job if you have a good GM - plenty of hours available - decent pay - a good manager will help and support you - coworkers and nice customers will get you through the shift - potential to move up in positions very rapidly - good for experience

Cons

- fast-paced - sometimes understaffed with a lack of help - closing procedures take forever, you’ll be there until early morning hours - company standards are super high, need to be maintained at all times - if you’re in a management position, you will be devoting time OUTSIDE of work to your job - higher ups WILL be watching you like a hawk
