Pros

Tuition reimbursement is good, ~$5200 annual

Cons

Corporate will act like they work in your store everyday. They will show up and complain about anything despite the store that you work at typically tops the region in their metrics. Labor is only getting cut more and more as time goes on. The job is incredibly physical, things never get fixed because it's "too expensive".

Pros

- Free Chipotle - Learn some cooking methods - Can meet some nice people - PTO - Health and Education Benefits - Job growth opportunity

Cons

- Management never listens to your feedback, they only listen to corporate and do what’s best for them not you. - Extremely hard and fast pace work. Not for “fans of eating at Chipotle.” - Poor to no real screening of new employees, and are quickly permanent, no-call, no-shows - No-call, No-shows are way too common and multiplies the intensity on how much effort needs to be put in to complete your responsibilities. - No one is called in to replace no call no shows. - No quality control. Make whatever you want however you want. No one really cares unless they are buying it. - Bad eggs are never fired. They’re there until they cross a major line, like causing an actual scene, a crime, etc. But overall, people who don’t do their job can stay as long as they like. - No gusto. No one cares about doing quality work, just garbage level quality - Management constantly complaining about portion sizes given out. - Customers constantly complaining about portion sizes given out, prices, and accusing you of cheating them. - Stressful and toxic environment - No more paid breaks - Barely flexible schedules - Managers who don’t manage but play in the office and let employees play instead of work or be professional.
