Pros

The food is great, I ate so much while working here that I gained weight. Their limited/seasonal chicken is especially the best on their menu (I believe right now it's their Honey Chicken). Employees get discounts on their food, which is the main reason why I ate there so much. You have the potential to bond with your coworkers over shared struggles. You can wear blue denim jeans as part of your uniform.

Cons

If your store has bad management (or your manager just hates you), or your work environment is toxic/hostile, you will have a horrible time at your place of work. Working grill is the most stressful out of all of the crew positions. Depending on how high-volume your store is, expect busy, sometimes stressful shifts. Benefits are mediocre. There isn't much room for advancement.

Pros

I got paid decently well at 16.50, it was my first job. The free meals per shift were definitely a plus, as the food is delicious. The shifts were also flexible, and you could work almost whenever you needed to. As a student that was really nice. There is also no drive through, there's only one line to manage. I also rarely encountered awful customers, only around 4 in the 9 months I was there.

Cons

The management was really bad, my manager ended up getting moved for poor management and the GM would instruct us to do things over if the managers below him asked us to do things a different way. I frequently stayed beyond 12 am when we closed at 10pm, and when we started closing at 11pm i stayed out until past 1am. After we got a different manager we closed much quicker, however he would often scream at us, and get incredibly angry at small mistakes.

Pros

They are kind coworkers and a great location for my commute.

Cons

The management was horrid. The manager was barely there. She kept hiring more employees that I, as someone who was only there for a week, had to help train. Then the other employees like me our hours kept getting cut. Then the second manager would harrass employees for playing "inappropriate" and "ungodly" music after closing and while opening. We were bored and then were screamed at in the work group chat and to our face for minor things like getting busy with customers and forgetting to put a cleaning rag in the dirty bucket. Keep in mind that it was not being seen by customers it was behind the counter. They would not do anything and sit in the office during shift while we sweated, and slaved during peak hours with no backup. More than once, I couldn't take my break because there were not enough employees working. Not to mention that the dress code was horrible. We had to wear jeans to work and T-shirts. More than once, I almost passed out from the heat. We were not allowed to drink while working, and there were no fans or air conditioning.
