Pros

Some employees are good to work with if they even show up. Decent insurance, one free meal while working, and that’s it

Cons

Most things but management is very proud to screw employees over for the sake of advancement of the company. The company is far more important than any employee that works here and they are very blatant about it. The shifts are usually short staffed which makes it very difficult to do our jobs well. Theres the constant pain and numbness in my body and burns from the equipment, which took two month to get feeling back. Customers are extremely entitled and will get anything they want as long as they complain at any expense to the employees.

Pros

- Decent pay considering the industry - Great benefits (Tuition reimbursement/ 401k/ PTO / and sick days) - Merit raises every 6 months

Cons

- Busy - Management like any workplace can make or break your Chipotle experience (worked at multiple locations, had vastly different experiences at each)

Pros

Nothing, nothing positive at all

Cons

Received position to work at Denver HQ. There was a 2-3+ month waiting period before they would let me start. I never saw my manager and only saw my 2 of my team leads. One of them would make fun of my disability and the other called me a cold and dumb. This was a horrible experience after graduating college and horrible introduction to the corporate world to which I have PTSD about from these 2 women to this day. After 2 weeks of these 2 taunting and harassing me, they told they went to the manager and received permission to let me go. I never saw this manager and only had spoken with her when I was interviewed. I put in an hr complaint after I was fired and to ask to speak with this manager to make my case but she never called. Nothing ever came of the hr complaint either. If you want to be harassed, not trained, and name-called for no reason, the corporate office is beyond toxic and cruel. I came to this job with a smiling face and hunger for growth but was humiliated and victimized.
