Pros

- free employee meals when working - 50% off when you're not working - paid breaks - coworkers - flexible scheduling

Cons

- occasional favoritism when it comes to promoting - high stress/overwhelming if your store gets high traffic - lot of expectations - pay not enough for what's expected of you imo

Pros

They train you pretty well, but except a lot once you are trained. You do get a free work uniform (t-shirts & a hat), you also get free meals while at work, or before/after work. The top performer goal for everyone is a good one, but can seem impossible from time to time. If you like being busy the whole time while at work, then this is the place to be. Most of the people are fun to work with. The job definitely teaches you hard work and how to prepare high quality food.

Cons

They give you ridiculous expectations. These expectations on prepping food are basically how long it would take an expert to do the same, and not everyone starts out as an expert. The company literally expects you to come in as the best food prep person ever.
