      Pros

      Great opportunity to move up in the business starting as a crew member. The food is great quality and you never get tired of it.

      Cons

      Management sucks!!!!! When old gm was fired new one came in and preached that nobody needs to worry about their job. Next thing you know bam! Fired fired fired! I currently feel like I am in a reality show! Voted off the island, voted off the island! New management doesn't try to work with you and your schedule and they are extremely lazy! Frustrating! And upper management are so rude! They are so unprofessional and all they have to say when they come in to the restaurant are negative things, never do they say anything positive! I really am disgusted by the management.

      Pros

      fast paced environment. Good career advancement. Food business is always thriving. Coworkers are happy and satisfied with working for this company!

      Cons

      can't think of any. Long hours standing on your feet and public can be difficult at times. Some employees are not career oriented.

      Pros

      Great food and compensation/benefits. If you're with the company for a while they really take care of you. Their ambitions as a business are solid and could potentially change the fast food industry (not just with their Mexican food but with their Asian food place as well, maybe another culture's food).

      Cons

      Too many kids running the joint (management), not enough leadership. Especially not anyone I felt I could truly get behind and support as the leader of my team. I felt incredibly let down by all of the management staff, and I guarantee the customers do as well (at this particular location).
