Pros
Generally good co-workers, busy atmosphere so time tends to go quickly.
Cons
My situation is a bit more personal, but they have an absolute rubbish holiday system, higher management in the UK are condescending men who literally give everyone the ick, and they aren’t always understanding if you can’t be flexible with hours, but they’ll be disorganized. Hypocritical in my opinion. My store was to become a new “model” store, so it was cracking down. We always were efficient and light hearted generally, but towards the end it was frowned upon to have conversations with coworkers on shift, was told to “clock off cause it’s not on chipotle time” LMAO
