      Pros

      I improved my time managements skills, definitely is a place to learn how to work as a team, be ready to learn new skills about kitchen and customer service, being fast and smart is a must.

      Cons

      The line-ups can be a little be too much, but if the crew staff is on the same page and with the support of the management things can be done. Prepare yourself to clean the whole store in one hour.

      Paid breaks, free food when you work, opportunities to move up if you make friends with the right people

      Cons

      No real enforcement of labor laws, you're encouraged to work under poor conditions (long periods without breaks, not enough hours between shifts, too many hours in a day or week, horrible managers, etc.), a lot of politics and very . little communication from upper management, only likely to move up the ladder if you befriend the area manager... just all around unprofessional. Needs to have way more checks and balances, as well as someone to actually enforce respectful workplace practices and labor laws.
