They are growing gang busters but not adding more head count so you'll do double the work in 2 years than you do right now. If someone quits or is fired, they generally do not replace them so others are asked to pick up the work.
Those outside of the restaurant have no career path, they jog in place. The staff head count is and will stay the same. Furthermore, when they do have an opening that could be a promotion for some, they magically already have a replacement in place without generally holding interviews or making the position public. Many promotions are magically filled. They are getting better as of recent of making those positions open to all, but in actuality it seems like a front and historically they were never made available for all to apply.
