      Pros

      Ethically superior to other options in "fast food." I always enjoyed that our food had some moral thought behind it. Management is motivated to run a nice environment and they heavily promote from within.

      Cons

      You can't please everyone (customer-wise). Food will sometimes taste different depending on who made it. Like every workplace, employees who buddy up to the management will get special treatment, but if you keep your head down and your mouth shut, you'll get recognized eventually. I hate to say it, but we had some issues with the Hispanic males treatment of female co-workers both in management and otherwise.

      Pros

      fun place overall, great food and philosophy, manager outings/conferences, good crew, good training and development, diversity.

      Cons

      superior management not as involved with area managers as much as they should be, schedule demands are getting harder, many responsibilities for 1 GM at times and not enough time to be on the floor and do all the admin, sometimes promotions or new hires overlooked over others who can do better and have been there for years.

      Pros

      Fast Paced, Exciting, People LOVE Chipotle and it's nice to be part of that.

      Cons

      In the Mid West, Upper Management plays favorites. If you support the personal agenda of management you get the promotions and best assignments. If not, you don't matter to them. Also be sure not to ask questions, you get labeled a trouble maker and are not a "team player."
