Pros

Chipton Ross was a very easy company to work with. The contract, Boeing, was not. Plenty of overtime

Cons

Plenty of overtime Work weekends Long days and often go many days without a day off Constant fear of being replaced or let go without warning

Stable. great work balance. Not really micro-managed and flexible work hours

Cons

No room for growth. Management hasn't changed in 10+ years. Hourly rate is laughable.

No benefits Made $10+ more per hour than I was paid to do my job Required me to pay for continuing education Withheld pay raises for nearly 6months (two years in a row) Wouldn't pay out my sick time Poor attitudes from their representatives
