      Good company to get into larger companies

      Pros

      They have a good reputation with the company that I'm currently looking into. They were able to get me placement in there and that was good.

      Cons

      You generally have to pay for your benefits and they are a la carte, maybe that's what you want in the long run.

      Pros

      the pay was really good and I was glad about the two thousand hour bonus for vacation pay but you must ask for it or they won't pay it to you.

      Cons

      Don't expect any help if anything goes wrong and you must always watch your pay just in case of mistakes because they won't fix it unless you catch it.
