Management was pretty good, tried to keep everything organized. They want to make sure that the employees succeed and its very possible to move up in this company. Many people start off as host/hostess, move up to server quickly and some even become chefs.
Cons
There is a lot of drama in the workplace and when it's busy, the hostesses don't know what they are doing. Chefs also become unorganized when busy and the place is just a mess.
