Pros

Competitive benefits, therapy owned and operated home-health agency, significant growth, fast paced culture focused on patient care.

Cons

primary cons is not really company related, but the insurance changes are challenging in the home-health industry and can be frustrating at times.

Pros

The family-oriented culture and the room for growth/advancements are endless at Choice! From all departments of the organization, you can see the passion and mission we all share!

Cons

I wouldn't really say this is a con, but there are some challenges with the increased growth of the organization, but overall that leads to more advancement opportunities and patients that we get to care for!

Pros

I have worked as a contractor, prn, and now full-time for this company for almost 6 years. As a therapist one thing I love about this company is that the company was founded by a clinician and that the core of the success has been founded in continuing to develop clinical programs that meet modern healthcare needs. Essentially if you are looking to go through the motions and deliver home healthcare the way it used to be....this is not your company. If you are looking to work with a leading provider on the cusp of Medicare, tech, and program development....sign-up.

Cons

They grow and they grow fast. Everybody works and works hard to meet objective goals. I loved being judged by the quality of my work but sometimes that can be intimidating I guess for some people? They print outcomes for your patients monthly and go over each case in case conferences on a weekly basis. If things aren't working and the patient isn't progressing they try to make adjustments. I guess what I am saying is if you don't like to be challenged clinically you might not be a good fit.
