Pros

For the first time in years, I’m excited to go to work everyday. Leadership invests in the success of their employees by offering tools, resources, and education. Expectations are clearly defined and achievable. The culture is incredible and everyone I’ve worked with is willing to go above and beyond to help others when needed. I couldn’t have made a better choice for an employer.

Cons

Keeping up with the speed of growth can be challenging, but exciting at the same time.

CEO is the lighthouse for this company. He leads from the top down and has a great vision of healthcare and how it needs to be delivered to patients. Excellent working relationship with my peers.

Cons

Fast growing company, which is nice to be a part of but is susceptible to people being spread thin, especially during the pandemic.
