      A total waste of time

      Pros

      Literally none. They talk a great game but absolutely do not back up their words with actions.

      Cons

      It took them 2 weeks to provide me with the tools to do my job and provided no training. I hadn’t even been properly trained when they let me go after only having my tools for one week. There’s absolutely no way they could even have a sense of how well I could contribute but they wasted my time and a ton of money jerking me around.

      Pros

      Some good, hard working people who have worked here for a while and keep the system going. Some managers are really good people.

      Cons

      Strange leadership hierarchy. I question why some people are promoted here, especially to a "director" level. You have non technical people with poor business understanding leading departments. It doesn't make sense. You usually have someone who is an expert in at least one of those aspects leading IT departments, but not here. Culture of exploiting employees that are seen as weak or vulnerable, such as not promoting them or not giving them raises through performance reviews that don't make any sense. Good people are slowly leaving.
