The most political place I've ever worked or seen. Employees afraid to discuss their analysis until they know which way the wind is blowing. Easy to get black listed and let go at the next reorganization if you speak your mind.

Low pay, work schedule was only nights and most weekends, management unprofessional, drama, employees often had benefits cut such as paid vacations, with little or no benefits offered. Schedules would often be altered, changed or cut with little or no notice.
