      trying to keep up with a large group that comes in and get them checked in and thru the check in process fast

      Pros

      Stability due to the franchise model. Low expectations if that is a pro. Don't have to be smart, driven or want to go anywhere.

      Cons

      Very low operating platform all around, you can spend a lot of time dealing with a lot of clueless people who are just there to make it to retirement. Be prepared to get criticized and more if you actually want to do something. Have to pretend not to be yourself to fit in.
