      Easy job interview - question asked whats your favorite movie

      Cons

      Training was poorly structered, boring and too much sitting around doing nothing, no pentalty rates for working Sundays alone in office.

      Future looks bleak

      Pros

      Most of the people I work with are good people. Paychecks are on time and correct. Decent amount of vacation time.

      Cons

      Once you're in, you're set in that position. Very little chance to move around. Benefits are continually being cut. Outsourcing and layoffs, the future of the company is questionable. In the name of openness to all people, it comes off as pushing certain agendas.

      Good place to work without any opportunity to be promoted or receive a raise

      Pros

      Great idea for an all suites hotel, the product does sell itself. The front desk position was great and challenging.

      Cons

      After opening up the hotel and then working there for a long period of time no received a promotion or a raise. Management depended on the regular hourly employees to do a lot of the menial duties they got paid to do
