      Pros

      Management works with you. Tight knit group. A place you can be proud of working. The place is well kept and you don't need to be worried about management not backing you up, because they do. Overall it is a pleasurable place to work, and not a lot of drama.

      There are a few wonderful hard working people employed there.

      Cons

      Lack of a respect and concern for lower level employees(Below Manager). Not a very inclusive environment. Limited growth opportunities.
