      Pros

      Relaxed dress code and mostly good co-workers

      Cons

      Leadership that is Director or above don't really care about you. If they did, they would be more open to allowing permanent telecommute anywhere in the contiguous US but instead force you to come in 3 days a week even though most of the IT jobs can be done anywhere with a reliable internet connection. Team managers are more empathetic to their teams but can't do much to make them happy with having their hands tied by ridiculous HR policies.

      Caring owner and manager. You become family.

      Cons

      Horrible coworkers. If they spent as much time caring about their guests as they do with screwing with their coworkers, they would actually be good employees and humans.
