Pros

-Can approach anyone at the company and they will make the time to meet with you about anything (including all C-Suite) -Employee opinion matters and is taken to heart -Great benefits (specifically the insurance plan) & pay -Awesome product that has an even better roadmap -Manager is always there for me whether its a work or life related -A huge opportunity for career development & progression in a number of different departments

Cons

- Fast paced and always evolving but that's what makes a start up great, right? - Currently no 401k but in the works

Pros

A few months ago I decided to join the sales team here at Chorus and I could not be happier with my decision. The Conversation Intelligence space is white hot right now and the sales team I am on is without a doubt the best I have ever been apart of. Not only do I get to sell a product that I truly believe in, but I also get to work with people who push me to be better everyday. From management down everyone here at Chorus is eager to lend a helping hand/give advice whenever needed. I could not be more excited for the future and to see what this team can accomplish.

Cons

Not necessarily a con, but we are moving fast! Do what you have to do to keep up!

- Communal office where it's easy to get along with everyone - Everyone is motivated to be successful and make sure all staff are succesful - Fun and relaxed environment - Access to senior leadership and opportunity to be influential

Fast paced and changes are often made without discussion or context. You must be self-motivated and keep up pace!
