Pros

Fast pace startup, but growing in the right ways at the right pace. Leadership is all on the same page. Employees are celebrated often. Benefits are great. Pay rate is fair and average. Exciting SaaS space to work in.

Cons

Bandwidth for certain team members is limited. Distributed office culture across multiple offices is sometimes a challenge. Still experiencing some growing pains, but a lot to like about the culture.

-Best provider in this space, from a product & supportive partner perspective -Best culture (I was hired during the pandemic & am remote. I genuinely look forward to work every day due to my amazing coworkers & the leadership. Constant laughs but also a healthy competitive balance) -Leadership is extremely open to feedback.

Cons

Long hours but it's only because the demand for our is so high

Pros

When you're happy and excited to come to work every day, you know there's something really special happening. Phenomenal leadership team, fantastic values and culture, focused on developing our people towards opportunities for advancement and growth, 100% goal alignment and transparency, and really awesome people.

Cons

Very little to add here. We're still a relatively young company and growing at lighting speed which requires flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to take things in stride. But this is not necessarily a negative, especially if you thrive in environments like this!
