Pros

- I have been blown away by the humility, work ethic, and collaboration from all of my teammates. - First-class product in one of the hottest markets in SaaS - Incredible opportunity to grow your career, take on new challenges, and most importantly - get better at selling. - For a young company they have committed a lot of time and resources into rev ops and enablement to set the team up for long-term success. - Top notch leadership team.

Cons

I don't see this as a con but others could. There is an unlimited amount of work that needs to be done. We are growing fast and there are inherent challenges that come along with that.

Pros

- The company and space have a huge amount of momentum right now, no shortage of opportunity - Experience leadership team committed to making everyone the best version of themselves - Solid pay, great benefits, lots of perks that make WFH more comfortable during the pandemic - Incredibly smart team. Everyone really knows what they're doing, and can operate with a lot of autonomy - Everyone truly cares about their peers, both professionally and personally. Having joined during Covid, I was impressed with how quick my peers were to stop what they were doing to help me as I was ramping. - Explosive growth presents a ton of promotion and career growth opportunity

Cons

- The momentum that Chorus has is incredible, but it does come with a lot of work, responsibility, and ambitious goals.
