Leadership is great, culture is amazing, a lot of growth and excitement surrounding such an awesome product and technology!

Some start up growing pains, but that is to be expected! Just allows for more learning and self-starting

Pros

When you're happy and excited to come to work every day, you know there's something really special happening. Phenomenal leadership team, fantastic values and culture, focused on developing our people towards opportunities for advancement and growth, 100% goal alignment and transparency, and really awesome people.

Cons

Very little to add here. We're still a relatively young company and growing at lighting speed which requires flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to take things in stride. But this is not necessarily a negative, especially if you thrive in environments like this!

Pros

I transitioned out of marketing technology to Chorus and have been so impressed with the company and opportunity on multiple levels. I have yet to join a company with the kind of velocity that Chorus has right now. The market opportunity is massive and Chorus has hired an unbelievable leadership team(CRO + CEO). In my first 6 months there has been a massive amount of investment in my professional development and I feel like I'm being put in a position to be incredibly successful here.

Cons

In a very high growth phase, so there is a lot of change happening very quickly. Need to be more dynamic and patient than one might be at a more established company. Remote onboarding, but this is largely a result of when I joined.
