M-F work schedule. Nice change for the automotive business.

Cons

Long days with no lunches. Absentee owners mean you end up running the store by yourself with no breaks.

We completely agree that our franchise partners need to be active in their business to ensure the success and happiness of their team. With a work schedule of 7am - 6pm, Monday through Friday, we recommend that all stores offer their team members at least a one hour break for lunch every day. Thanks again for your feedback.
