Easy Going. Fun environment. Coworkers treat you like family. Decent benefits and competitive pay. Smaller company.

Cons

Vacation and sick time accrual is very low.

Pros

The work is very rewarding and the team approach to caring for seniors 24/7 is very effective. This industry has a lot of amazing opportunities to grow your career from direct care to administration. I like having clear goals and being able to celebrate those achievements with my co-workers.

Cons

There are great opportunities to succeed but the day is full of disruptions which can be a challenge to manage. At the end of the day, I feel good about the work and helping seniors enjoy your lives at Christian Care.
