I love the products by Christian Dior! They have the best skincare and the most beautiful colors of make up.

Cons

I travel some as a make up artist and that can get tedious. Retail overall is a difficult job to do. SALES, SALES, SALES!

Looks excellent on resume. Opens doors to other opportunities. Excellent benefits. Store manager is supportive. HR is fair and responsive but can't do much.

Cons

Favoritism is rampant. Promotions given not based on performance but personal relationships with senior management.
