They make the best projectors in the world. You get the opportunity to work on very challenging problems and the people that I report to are very supportive

Cons

Company is going through a tough time financially--made worse by covid-19. There have been a lot of arbitrary layoffs.

Work/life balance is very good. Very few times where it is absolutely required to put in tons of overtime. Most people that work there are very good at accepting questions and helping out.

Cons

Upper management is pretty iffy. Sometimes products aren't given the amount of attention they require from them
