Some of the best people I've ever met. They really care about you on a personal level.

Cons

No where to move in the company. Absolutely no training provided. Very little opportunity for career growth.

Pros

Some of the people are the best around, personally and professionally. Inside and outside sales personell are very good and easy to work with. You can say you work for the industry leader if you work here.

Cons

I have a few things that I would like to list: - pay scale is way off - "clique"-ish mentality of employees - no positions to advance to above or even laterally - effort does not seem to equal rewards - job duties and expectations are not clear - training of employees in basic job needs is lacking - information regarding products, centers of manufacture, contacts at plants hard to come by.
