Everyone feels so human and are always willing to help. I never feel afraid to ask a question or admit that I'm unsure of something. My input is also still valued, despite being less experienced then some fellow peers.

Cons

Manufacturing locations aren't in places I'm very fond of .

Used to be a great company to work for, not any more.

Cons

Company does not pay employees what they are worth resulting in skilled labor leaving in droves. Several departments in United states are now being moved overseas for cheaper labor as well. New owners have no clue how to run the business. Last employee survey showed 2 out of three employees in the whole company are not engaged in there job meaning issues are not just in Nashville but company wide.

Tough to think of any as the company stands today. 5 years ago there were some.

Cons

New owners are pulling the strings that do not know the business at all. Layoffs and more people are leaving. Benefits and pay are mediocre at best. It is a bad environment with too much company politics.
