Pros
Profit sharing is a pretty cool perk- except that there were zero profits in 2021-2022 to share. I heard 2023 is going so well they laid off ~20% of their employees.
Cons
This company is financially dying. Margins are razor thin and Brian the COO in particular is a robot. You can’t trust a thing he says… not someone anyone I know feels comfortable talking to. It’s a creepy and false confidence feeling with him. CEO Shane and that leadership team are micromanagers who hand you solutions not problems to solve. They have a huge ego and it shows- especially CEO Shane. His face is everywhere, he thinks he’s the man but his company is failing. He changes his mind every day.
