Decent but can be unstable due to funding

Pros

Smart people work here, they are mostly friendly. Pay and benefits are decent.

Cons

Revenue comes from government contracts, when funds are reduced, people lose their jobs. CEO has big plans for the company but they are never executed properly due to lack of manpower. Work gets piled on and you are expected to smile and accept it.

- Very respectful and collaborative environment - Great place to learn and grow in the biotech industry - Bonus pay at the end of the year - Managers are receptive to ideas - Positive environment with very knowledgeable engineers and scientists
