      Great workplace, but better compensation structure needed

      Pros

      Great workplace. Depending on your unit / department there is a lot of flexibility, including telecommuting one or more days a week. The company provides generous time off, decent benefits, and management support for continued professional development. There are also many opportunities to team build either in community service activities or social activities within the company.

      Cons

      There are two cons that stand out. The first is compensation. The bonus structure is decent, but still fairly weak compared to other companies In the industry. Overall compensation is ok. The second problem is career advancement. Someone pretty much has to either die, retire, or quit for an internal promotion opportunity to open up.

      Good place to start your career

      Pros

      Good overall pay and benefits. If you perform well, you will be rewarded with good bonus and salary increase. Good job stability and benefits as well. Training program is excellent.

      Cons

      Benefits not as good as they were in years past. Can be tough to compete in the market due to pricing and strategies.
