Pros

Possibility of receiving a tip

Cons

Tips aren't included , so they're not guaranteed. Low pay for the amount of work they expect you to do. No raises, even if you do a fantastic job. Get paid the same whether you work hard or don't work at all.

Pros

The kids are usually pretty cool; in fact, they were the best part of the job. The parents were usually awesome as well.

Cons

I don't know if it was just the location or the management of my particular CC, but I was hired as a party hostess and ended up doing everything (including the things I wasn't qualified/ hired for.) I was made to do janitorial services which is weird because I was also hostess. I was asked to fix video games as well which is absurd because I was a hostess and didn't have the technological skills to fix a video game. The reason I was asked to do it was because the manager didn't feel like calling someone because he was playing another video game. The management was incredibly rude to customers as well.
