Pros

The people you work with are cool. They're really funny and outgoing and make you feel welcome. They made you feel like you were part of a family. The store was in great shape, kept clean and never messy.

Cons

The management was a joke. They played favorites and it was obvious. I showed up for work on time and worked my shift (8 hours) without getting a break (no joke, I didn't get a break at all that day) while one of my coworkers showed up 45 minutes late on the same day and got a break within an hour of being there. Working in the kitchen sucked. It's like the management expected you to be perfect at everything from day one. They were always on your case and had a horrible attitude if you ever messed up. They were picky about everything and complained more than they told you "good job." You HAD to be busy all the time or you would get in trouble. All the dishes could be clean, all the stations cleaned and no orders to make but if you weren't doing anything you had to hear it. What are you supposed to do? Wipe down counters that have already been cleaned a thousand times because the managers want us to be busy? That seems like overkill. Training was a joke, I wouldn't even call it training. It's more like they throw you right into your job and expect you to know how to do it. The scheduling was whack. I was supposed to get off at 8 and I somehow get off 4 hours later at 12:30 at night. My plans and everything were gone at that point, and when you ask the manager if you can call to let someone know they get an attitude as if you just set the Chucky costume on fire. EVERYONE hated working there. I would make small talk and every person I asked said they hated their job and that they wanted to quit everyday.

Pros

You work with great people and learn a WIDE array of skills for a resume. You'll learn the basics that you'd learn with any restaurant but also a lot about electronic and mechanical repair. The company has a pretty rigid HR department with regard to hiring and other policies so you can be well trained on that as well. Most of all though you work with and meet a lot of great people.

Cons

Over the past couple years they've really adopted a mentality that people are expendable. Everyone is just a number. You are expected to deal with ever increasing work-loads and nobody is terribly concerned with burnout. They have a great system in place to have you replaced at a moment's notice. As such there is a real problem with morale throughout the entire company.

Pros

A lot of younger people, easy to socialize and bond with coworkers No really necessary advanced skills Scheduling can be very flexable

Cons

Management plays favorites when it comes to certain workers. Also not all manages tend to share the same values when it comes to various rules about comping/rembursment and dealing with customers which can be fustrating
