Pros

I was able to choose my own hours.

Cons

It was your typical minimum wage job. I worked here as a student and was treated as less, even though I had a brain and was fully capable. It was often difficult to get answers to questions from managers. It wasn't particularly enjoyable, and I was made to wear the Chuck E. costume for birthday parties sometimes even though it wasn't part of my job description and I expressed that I did not want to. I worked very well with kids behind the prize counter but I don't think that my bosses.

A job that is rarely boring and fun to be there. A great place to interact with children. Overall fun.

Cons

Getting a promotion is difficult. The manager claimed I cleaned to "slow" so she would not promote me. She praised me for my positive attitude but would not promote me.

Fun work environment, as a hostess you have the opportunity to earn decent tips, somewhat flexible work schedules

Cons

Weekends mandatory, incompetent management, amount and times of hours offered fluctuates, little to no opportunity for raises, minimum wage, no breaks if you are over 18, favoritism. I worked as a trainer for three months without receiving a trainers raise. I was also forced to work in areas that I had never been trained on. If you are part of the closing crew, you have no idea what time of night you will get out of the store.
