Pros

You can make friends with the people that work there and get lots of hours depending on the week. Some days are good

Cons

You can be friends w the workers but they're all teenagers so it's drama filled. Some weeks you get barely any hours but some weeks they're good. The management doesn't care. They sit in the office on the busiest days and cry over breakups or are planning to get their nails done with other managers... LITERALLY HAPPENED MULTIPLE TIMES!! Barely any raises & you get the raise like six months after promised. Management is best friends with employees and hates other employees so they play favorite like no other. Don't waste your time.

The atmosphere is fun, you get free food and game tokens, flexible hours, promotional items were fun

Cons

Company is money hungry, won't start you at a good wage, any way the company can cut cost and save money they do. CEO is a joke along with district managers and regional managers. Very unorganized business and cheap.
