      Pros

      Most times of year there is flexibility in your schedule. Environment can be fun. Freedom to create a FUN work culture.

      Cons

      Too many knee jerk reactions from upper management. Communication not great with certain promotions, need to upgrade POS system to cater more seamlessly the ideals marketing is running to make it easier on operators. Overall a huge disconnect with upper management and what’s actually happening in stores, creating strains on culture. Need to take care of your GMs, they work really hard to deliver a great experience to your guests. Constant labor standard changes.

      -fast paced -stressful (at times) - need to be very flexible at times (not an issue unless you don’t like going with the flow and constant change)
