Poor managment, toxic enviornment, high school esque enviornment and behavior from adults, zero accountability from managment, zero corrective action, zero direction given, even when you went above and beyond they would never compliment and just find something to complain about every time, zero self accountability, zero communication, no team building, money missing/stolen continuously - no action made, illegal activities, no training, expect you to read minds, no ability to communicate first - even if you communicate first no real action, food safety failures, no safety certifications and no willingness to get recert., poor rapport building skills from and between, do not understand how to keep personal and work separate, sexual harassment and bullying prevelant in speech.
Multiple instances of sexual harassment being reported and being complicit and outright saying there is nothing they can do about it - regarding a minor and adult - both employees. The more you tell them you want to learn the more they push you away and then complain behind your back that you aren't doing enough. Very hypocritical culture. No understanding of just doing your job and going home - always needing drama.
Always seemed shady and like they were always hiding something - did not like it when you came to them with concerns or too many questions.
