District Manager was great to work for.

Cons

Senior leadership out of touch with what is needed to fix issues. Focused and tiny details that result in zero impact to sales and profits (decorating, checking off checklists, AOI paperwork). Company leadership has created busy work for the sole purpose of validating their own jobs. CEO would benefit from a leadership council of GM’s that would give him reality of what is happening.

- If it isn’t busy you can slack off (sometimes) - co workers are the best part of the job - Free food if you are a Team 2 That’s about it

Cons

- No free food unless you are a team two (literally I think McDonald’s will feed you for free and pay you better) - No breaks (even if you work 10 hours, they don’t care) - Mangers will do nothing 90% of the time - expect you to do two jobs (If your a cashier, sometimes you have to do game room, especially closing. While if you work the kitchen you will receive little to no help.) - Understaffed. - Make you work 39 hours so they don’t have to give you benefits. - You’ll be given a list of tasks/cleaning assignments (not including all the other things you have to do daily) and management won’t lift a finger all day. - If your a student this job isn’t for you, you’ll only get two days off.
