Pros

NOTHING, NOTHING, NOTHING, NOTHING, NOTHING

Cons

this company is horrible! i worked here for a long time and it use to be fun. the company use to care about their employees and the district manager at the time knew that in order to have happy customers you have to have happy employees and would always accomodate our needs. However, the company sold and they all left and we were given upper hand management that just didn't care. They were ALL perverts. DM slept with employee and she had to transfer out of district. GM was a total jerk. He would talk bad about everyone behind their back but act friendly to their faces- started rumors about other people and always told under age girls that they are sexy or have a nice butt. Very unprofessional. They make you work long hours and if you're good at your job youre doing everyone elses too. They do not believe in raises. you can work there for 5 years and get a 10 cent raise. It's the worst company ever and everyone there needs to go! Dog and pony show for sure but Tom Leverton and all the other workers there (at least my district) DO NOT CARE!! THEY JUST WANT THEIR MONEY

Pros

There's a sense of family friendships with each year. Much room for growth if you're willing to travel/relocate.

Cons

Hard to manage time with friends and family because you will work every Fri.-Sun. You will be expected to push yourself to your limit in every way possible. This job is very mentally and physically exhausting. Must be willing to work extremely hard in a high volume environment.
