Unprofessional and Completely Run by Teenagers
Pros
Easy to get days off depending on which supervisor was making the schedule Free/discounted food It was easy to become friends with co-workers. While the store was poorly run and unclean, the people made working there worth it.
Cons
Lots and lots of unprofessional behavior. Managers were dating each other and would fight at work, often forcing employees to choose sides. Other managers would also bicker with each other over the radio. Lots of favoritism. When customers AND employees called corporate to complain about unprofessional behavior, they were ignored. Low pay and high turn over. People would frequently walk out when we were too busy, leaving us under staffed The store was often unclean. I understand that a kids restaurant will always be a little dirty, but a lot of the problems came from employees not following all the closing duties like mopping the floors or cleaning the bathrooms. The Chuck E. suit was NEVER cleaned. Management would never help the employees when the store was busy. However, they would watch the security cameras and tell us to work harder over the radio.
