Pros
Working for Chuck E Cheese has been honestly amazing. I started as a cast member at 16 and worked all the way up to my General Manager position. The support I got from not only my former managers, general managers, district managers, regional vice presidents, and the corporate office has been amazing. This company is one big family and one big team. We have always done fun competitions (who doesn't like to have fun while they work)... they are a big support team, and we are all good at what we do. On multiple occasions I have challenged not only my team to competitions but, my district as well. One of the major rules of working for this company is have fun while you work. Everyone lives up to that standard. I also beat Tom Leverton (THE CEO) in basketball.. how many people can say that they did that :)
Cons
Working the weekends can be tough... especially with a family. But! It is absolutely doable. Both myself and my husband are GMs and we make it work.
