You get paid. The co workers and employees are great. I love meeting the guests and making the kids happy.

Cons

Micromanage, constantly trying to cut labor when things are supposed to be getting done they aren’t because too many cuts are made. Constant calls, texts and dm about labor and trackers for every area. They want managers apparently to be sitting in the office doing planners rather than out on the floor.
